RumahHokie.com (Jakarta)Sinar Mas Land through PT Bumi Serpong Damai together with a Japanese consortium led by Mitsubishi Corporation inaugurated the opening of The Zora Marketing Gallery, Tuesday (28/11/2017).

The Zora is a premium mixed-use area in BSD City developed by Sinar Mas Land with a Japanese consortium led by Mitsubishi Corporation—in a joint venture company named PT BSD Diamond Development.

Carrying the concept of “Beauty of Balance”, The Zora—means ‘sky’ in Japanese—is designed with attention to the green environment and modern life to provide maximum comfort and value life balance.

The Zora stands on a land area of 19 hectares and will consist of around 1,000 units of residential and commercial.

Ishak Chandra, Strategic Development and Services CEO Sinar Mas Land stated: “this prestigious collaboration project proves that the high trust of foreign investors to develop BSD City area, with an investment value of more than USD260 million.”

First Cluster: Keia
Cluster Keia is the first residential project of The Zora in BSD City. Standing on an area of 4.5 hectares, this cluster is designed by combining green environment elements, modern life, and applies smart living facilities.

Each building is equipped with a system of energy conservation, Low-E glass & solar water heater, together with other environmentally friendly features. Not only that, Keia Cluster also applies smart home system such as home monitoring, home safety, triple security lock system, panic button and CCTV, so residents can monitor their home anytime and anywhere by only using their smartphones.

Keia consists of three types of houses: type 10 (190/302), type 9 (153/262), and type 8 (120/195) with starting price of Rp3.8 billion.

Each type has 3 stories, 1 master bedroom, 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, powder room, walk-in closet, living room, multipurpose room, kitchen, balconies, and courtyards.

Type 10 is equipped with 1 elevator, 1 bathtub, and 3 car parks. Type 9 comes with 1 bathtub, 1 walk-in closet, and 3 car parking spaces. Type 8 comes with 1 walk-in closet and 2 car parks.
